1.Smaller wide less than 200cm. (,Our screem's largest size is 200x400cm. If clients insist pigment/silk printing, the graphic
need Patchwork Sewing)
2.Images don't have too many area and too large area gradient ramp .(Because it will make it much harder to build printing
screen
3.Images' colours QTY is not exceed 7,if exceed 7 colours, for example 2 blue colours,one is light blue and the other one is
dark blue,we can build this 2 colour on 1 screen by drilling diffrent diamater holes. Large mesh hole enable it dark blue,
small mesh holes enable it shalloe blue colour.But it need extra USD100 for this job. If there are 2 such situation,it need
USD 200, etc.
C.Colour fastness :
Digital printing;Sublimation printing;Heat transfer printingNormall 1 year colours not faded.(Outdoor)
Pigment printing;Silk printing: Normally 2~3 years colours not faded.(Outdoor)
D. Printing material
1.Woven polyester 100D/150D .For double sided, it is cost saving.For single sided,the fabric is too thin.
2.Knitted polyester 110gsm/125gsm. For double sided, it is cost saving.For single sided,the fabric is too thin.
3.Knitted polyester 150gsm/180gsm/200gsm/250gsm. For both of double sided and single sided.
4.Blockout PVC 300gsm/360gsm/400gsm/500gsm. For single sided only.Double sided not suggested.
5.Frontlit PVC 300gsm/360gsm/400gsm/500gsm. For single sided only.Double sided not suggested.
6.Oxford fabric 210D/300D/600D/800D/1680D. For both of double sided and single sided.
For small QTY and shipping by plan,hard fabric,like 4;5;6(except 210D),not suggested. If folded packing,there is maybe creases
which maybe will not be vanished in a few days to 1 month.
